Navigating the Campus Recruitment Journey: From Student to Recruiter

Earlier this year, we were sitting shoulder to shoulder in packed auditoriums, beginning our own campus recruitment journey. Résumés in hand, answers half rehearsed, confidence carefully performed. Like everyone around us, we were doing the quiet math in our heads. Did that answer land? Did we miss something? What happens if our names do not show up on the Final Selects list?
